Jobs Overview:
- Manage and enhance IT helpdesk operation & monitoring company’s CRM and IT Systems (include PC/Laptop & other devices), troubleshoot & resolve related problems;
- Manage list/collection of IT inventory, hardwares and softwares. Up-to-date inventory record for all IT equipment;
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness;
- Follow up & support members of the company & ensure all users comply with IT & Network security policies, annual clean-up data, encrypt devices before handling to employee;
- Responsibility for daily monitoring of company network and system to ensure it is always operational and fully optimized including company’s CRM system;
- Prepare new assets for new member: set up new Laptop/PC/Phone, necessary software for work;
- Carry out other IT related jobs when required, training other people on IT topics
- Manage and update website content;
- Responsibility for maintaining company’s websites, hosting, server…
