After more than 8 years of studying and working in Australia, Mr. Tu has achieved success in the field of business administration and hotel management has therefore squeeze forged Mr. Tu’s professional knowledge and experience into care customer services. Mr. Do Duc Tu returned to Vietnam and joined PLF in 2021 and currently holds the position of Client Service Executive at PLF Law Firm based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Tu comes from a famous Australian school majoring in Business in Hotel & Service Management. Moreover, Mr. Tu has gained continuous experience through many years of working, communicating with clients through retailer systems and the biggest achievement is that Mr. Tu has worked as a semi-manager of an entire store in the chain.
When he returned to Vietnam, Mr. Tu continued to work for a foreign company as a Customer & Sales Support Executive and persisted to advance in his career to Ground Services Executive.
Mr. Tu’s main expertise is an analyst, provide training in manners, attitudes and professionalism in client service.
At PLF, Mr. Tu participates in all activities related to Service quality, Client policy, Human resources policy and compliance policy. In addition, Mr. Tu is also monitoring client feedback and complaints and suggesting solutions.
