With over three years of providing legal services, she has remarkable experience working with foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam. Most of them come from the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Singapore, Korea, China, and other Southeast Asia countries.

Her practical experience specializes in in-house counsel, company establishment, registration of branches or representative offices, legal and regulatory compliance, litigation, advising on investments and restructurings.

Participated in in-house consulting for a company producing medical gloves – related to compliance on internal legal issues, with a total investment value of up to USD 11,000,000.
Participated in consulting for a 100% Vietnamese-invested company to resolve a US$4,200,000 dispute.
Participated in consulting and implementing legal procedures for a 100% Singaporean-invested IT company which increased the investment capital to USD 260,000.
Participated in consultation and implemented legal procedures for an investor from China to set up a company. The value of this project was worth USD 200,000.
Participated in consulting to establish a 100% Chinese-invested company operating in manufacturing and distributing food supplements and cosmetics in Vietnam. This project was worth USD 150,000.
