Mr. Vo Minh Tri is currently a lawyer at PLF and works at the office in Ho Chi Minh City. Prior to joining PLF, he worked for a long time with IP service providers and set up successful intellectual property rights with respect to trademarks, inventions, and industrial designs. He has also worked with the status of an “industrial property representative” in Vietnam. He has joined PLF in 2017 and has been in charge of the intellectual property field of domestic and foreign customers.
At PLF, Mr. Tri is currently considered as a lawyer with extensive experience in consulting, evaluating, establishing and enforcing intellectual property rights in Vietnam, especially in cases involving mechanical engineering, technology and transfer of technology. He proposed solutions to implement the customer’s intellectual property rights smoothly and in a time saving manner. Dispute resolution in intellectual property and advising on dealing with the infringement of such rights are also considered to be his strengths, especially cases involving appeals against violations by third parties. Through his experience, he supports clients in resolving disputes and preventing violations without going through court proceedings, which is highly appreciated by customers this meets the requirements of customers and saves time and cost in protecting their rights.
