Our office is located in Ham Nghi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. However, most of our clients prefer to speak with us by telephone or via chat platforms for convenience reasons.
We do speak both Vietnamese and English.

Yes, we provide 30-minute free consultation to clients. If the consultation exceeds 30 minutes, the additional time will be billed on an hourly basis in accordance with PLF’s Terms and Conditions (T&C). Before implementing this billing, PLF will notify the client directly during the consultation (or in advance via email, if applicable) and will only proceed with the consultation upon receiving the client’s corresponding approval.

Yes, we completely understand your concern for confidentiality, and we will send a Commitment to Non-Disclosure for not circulate your information to any third parties. Since it is shared through a web form, we have standard disclaimer language on our website, but we do everything we can to keep your information confidential.

We always strive to provide our clients with quality solutions at reasonable cost. Service fees depend on the complexity of each case, but in the fee quote, in addition to the main fee, we will clearly show the actual fees that may arise. To be more convincing, PLF also creates conditions for clients to experience our services before signing the contract.
The hourly rate is VND 5,000,000/hour

Yes, you have the right to request a change in the lawyer handling your case if you feel they are not meeting your expectations. We will promptly review your request and provide a solution as soon as possible.
PLF commits to keeping client information confidential for a period of three years from the conclusion of the case.

PLF takes conflicts of interest very seriously. We have established procedures to identify and address any potential conflicts promptly. If a conflict is identified, we will take appropriate steps to resolve it, which may include disclosing the conflict to the affected parties and, if necessary, withdrawing from the matter to ensure that all clients receive unbiased and dedicated representation. Our priority is to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
Billing & Invoice
PLF has bank accounts in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and US Dollars (USD). The bank account in Vietnamese Dong (VND) accepts all payments from currencies other than USD.
The VAT rate for legal services in Vietnam is as follows: Intellectual Property services are subject to a 5% VAT rate, while other legal services typically have a 10% VAT rate. However, the reduced VAT rate for other legal services is 8% until June 30, 2025.
PLF accepts payment via cash and bank transfer. Credit card or PayPal payments are not applicable.
Initially, PLF will assess the status of the case and the work completed by our team. We will provide you with the details along with the termination notification. Refunds can be made in cash or via domestic bank transfer. For international bank transfers, clients must cover all bank costs incurred on both PLF’s and the client’s sides. PLF will check with the bank for each refund request and confirm with the client on a case-by-case basis.
Invoices are billed according to the payment terms agreed upon by both parties. Please inform PLF if your business plan changes so that we can provide timely support.
