JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out the Department’s services and provide high quality services to clients, included: Receive requests, advise, draft and/or review legality of contract, advisory letter…, direct meeting with clients and other parties, etc.
• Support managing partner and department heads in professional work;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, partners, state agencies as well as other individuals and organizations;
• Follow up and track the progress of client cases;
• Suggest upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients;
• Review clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes;
• Work closely with the Client Service team and adhere to the Firm’s Client Service policy to maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained;
• Coordinate closely with the Marketing team and comply with the Firm’s marketing strategy to deploy Business Development activities following the Firm’s marketing orientations to accurately determine clients’ actual expectations and thereby propose effective solutions for activities getting clients;
• Organize, arrange the training for Firm’s members knowledge, technical and social skills needed to adapt client needs and enhance sales;
• Report on success ratio and areas needing improvements on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
• Attend networking activities on behalf of the Firm to seek, build up Firm’s network and relationship with potential partners/clients Other details will be further discussed in the interview;

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Foreign lawyer with can-do attitude;
• Have worked in Vietnam for at least 1 year;
• Understand the law in the following fields: Corporate, securities, real estate, banking & finance, labor, M&A, … is an advantage;
• High sense of responsibility, detail oriented, compliance, sense of commitment and confidentiality;
• Having experience in sales, marketing, or related fields;
• Good command of communication and presentation;
• Proficiency in English (especially Legal English);
• Be able to manage work efficiently under high pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Business Development

• Proactively cultivate and nurture relationships with team members and leaders to expand the client base, particularly focusing on Mid & Big Enterprises. Utilize content articles, events, and connections for effective outreach;
• Conduct market research to identify potential upgrades or additional services that align with clients’ investment strategies and budgets;

Cross-functional Management

• Collaborate with internal departments (Legal, Marketing, Client Service) to maintain existing client relationships and propose effective solutions for activities getting clients;
• Organize training sessions for Firm’s members to enhance their knowledge, technical skills, soft skills and social aptitude, enabling them to better identify client needs and improve service performance;

Contract Management

• Take primary responsibility or coordinate with the Legal Department to review the legality of all service proposals, contracts, appendices, and advisory letters;
• Follow up and track the progress of client cases;

Client Experience Enhancement & Reporting

• Review client feedback and propose necessary changes to enhance client satisfaction;
• Achieve KPIs for sales revenue, the number of contracts, number of solution consulting meetings, and report periodically.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Industry experience in B2B experience, particularly in Corporate and M&A, Securities, Real Estate, Banking & Finance and Labor, …;
• Must-have skills include new business development and lead generation;
• Proficiency in English, especially in the legal field, is required;
