3. Legal services for industrial real estate

3.1 Industrial market entry

Once potential locations of the industrial project are decided, our team can assess the investment and tax incentives applicable and their eligibility criteria. Then, we determine with our clients the most adequate corporate structures for the project.

We also represent our clients in negotiating the terms of the memorandum of understanding and lease agreements with local authorities, the industrial management board, and landlords.
