Mr. Tran Huu Tuan focuses on corporate and investment legal advisory, with particular emphasis on assisting investors and enterprises in entering and operating in the Vietnamese market in a prudent, compliant, and sustainable manner. His work involves legal risk assessment, structuring appropriate legal frameworks, and supporting clients in addressing legal matters arising throughout their business operations.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Tran has experience in securities investment and personal portfolio management, applying a disciplined approach with a strong focus on risk management and long-term efficiency. He is also involved in the development and implementation of software projects, websites, and artificial intelligence applications designed to support business activities and enhance the effectiveness of legal work.
