Scale of the park: Loc An – Binh Son Industrial Park was established in 2010 by V.R.G Long Thanh Investment and Development Joint Stock Company with a scale of 497.77 hectares. This is the youngest industrial park in Dong Nai province and has an occupancy rate of 73.95%, so there is still land available for lease.

Geographical location: Loc An – Binh Son Industrial Park is located in Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province, in the southeast of Bien Hoa city towards National Highway 51, and the vicinity of Loc An, Long An & Binh Son communes, Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province. 2. Dau Giay Industrial Park

Scale of the park: Dau Giay Industrial Park was established in 2008 by Dau Giay Industrial Park Joint Stock Company. The project scale is 330.8 hectares with a current occupancy rate of about 60.57%, so the IP still has land available for lease.

Geographical location: Dau Giay Industrial Park is located at Provincial Road 769 (DT 769), Bau Ham 2 Commune, Thong Nhat District, Dong Nai province. This park has a convenient location for both waterway and road traffic because it is located at the intersection between National Highway 1, National Highway 20 and Provincial Road 769, Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway. This park was established in 2008 by Sonadezi Giang Dien Joint Stock Company. The total area of ​​the whole industrial park is 529.2 hectares, of which the occupancy rate is 70%, so there is still a lot of land available for investors to rent to locate the company’s headquarters.

Geographical location: Giang Dien Industrial Park is located in Giang Dien commune, An Vien commune, Trang Bom district and Tam Phuoc commune, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province. Geographical location: Long Khanh Industrial Park is located in Suoi Tre and Binh Loc communes, Long Khanh town, Dong Nai province. 2km from National Highway 1A, convenient for road, waterway, railway and air traffic, meeting all requirements of investors in terms of transportation and goods traffic. Regarding the drainage system, drainage pipes are installed along the internal traffic routes. Regarding the wastewater treatment system, there is a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 6,400 m3/day. The traffic system is arranged with 4 lanes, the width of the roadbed is 40m and the vehicle load standard is 30 tons.

Geographical location: Ong Keo Industrial Park is located in Phuoc Khanh Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province. Distance from this park to Ho Chi Minh city center is 51 km, to Cat Lai port is 10.5 km and Tan Son Nhat international airport is 30 km.
